Meet The Owner

My name is Glenn Payne Jr. I created this site to express my views on life through physical fitness. The concept Faster Stronger Wiser is to have a “faster mind”, a “stronger body”, and “wiser spirit”. I was born in Washington DC and raised in Pasadena, CA. As a child I was very athletic so I’ve always wanted to pursue a career in sports. I attended Pasadena High School where I spent three years in the Visual Arts and Design academy. I also played basketball and participated in track and field. After graduating high school, I attended Pasadena Community College on and off for three years and eventually left for good when I was offered the opportunity to play semi professional basketball in Texas. I spent 2 years in the United Basketball League playing for the Texas Wranglers. Right now I currently participate in recreational leagues such as Superstar Basketball League and The Venice Beach Basketball League. I am a certified personal trainer with certifications from the National Exercise and Sports Training Association (NESTA), and the National Council of Certified Personal Trainers (NCCPT). The creed that I live by is that “there is no such thing as failure only delayed success.” This is the concept I stress when I train myself, or anyone else working with me. As a trainer my success is based on the success of the people I train. If they fail then I fail, and as I stated earlier I don’t believe in failure. Basketball is one of my tools to inspire people. I ve been playing the sport my whole life and it was one of my inspirations to creating Faster Stronger Wiser. My goal is to become one of the top streetball players in the world as well as one of the best personal trainers in the field.
